Having been raised on the Chesapeake, Captain Conley developed a love of fishing and has spent countless days on the water of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries. Captain Conley's time on the Chesapeake over the past 30 years includes more than 3 years as a fishing guide. Prior to obtaining my captains license, I mated on the JadeLady for two years learning my charters skills from Capt. Kaufman. My love and desire to be the best fisherman that I can be has earned the confidents and respect of Capt. Kaufman. I have been sharing the duties of running fishing parties now for three years giving Capt. Kaufman the time to spend and enjoy with his young son.
